Welcome to Inbound Web Solutions

Jo Hunter created Inbound Web Solutions in 2008. The business originated in Sydney but is now based in the beautiful regional NSW town of Orange. Whilst Jo enjoys working locally and being able to have face to face contact with clients, she continues to work successfully for clients in Sydney, Melbourne and even London from her central west NSW base.

Jo is passionate about your online presence and using that to take your business to the next level.

The driving ambition behind Inbound Web Solutions is to make websites that work – that means they get found, they engage potential clients or customers and they convert sales or new business.

Jo understands small business. She is experienced in balancing the wish list with the needs list to create a site individually tailored to your business.

Jo comes from an initial career of owning and running a successful Physiotherapy practice. Whilst she loves creating health related sites, it is her ability to translate jargon into meaningful information for clients, that makes for many successful working relationships with her clients across a variety of industries.

How long will it take

It pretty much boils down to how organised you are. I only ever work on 1 or 2 jobs at a time so I can focus completely on the website I am doing and turn it around in a timely matter. No one benefits from it dragging out. If you have all you content ready you can realistically expect it will be between 2 and 4 weeks before your site goes live.

Who looks after the site once it goes live

That is completely up to you. I can take over the management of your site, or I can train you or your staff in the management of your site.  Generally clients underestimate how busy they are on other tasks and don’t schedule enough time to look after their website going forward.

How much does it cost

No two websites are the same because no two business needs are the same. Every site is fully quoted and itemised before proceeding so you know exactly what you are getting and what it will cost. As a rough guide however basic sites start around $2500.

What if something goes wrong down the track

No site is future proof (or hacker proof). Most problems occur with inadequate site maintenance. Any problems that are due to the code I write I fix 100% free of charge. Any problems that occur as a result of circumstances out of my control (self management issues, hackers, hosting companies etc) I can take a look at and in 99% of cases fix, but I do need to charge a fee for my time.
